What happened
[REDAC[REDACTED]D] was attempting to lift a 55-gallon barrel containing steel bollards. As [REDAC[REDACTED]D] lifted barrel there was residual oil on the floor. [REDAC[REDACTED]D] stepped on oil and slipped loosing his grip of the barrel. As [REDAC[REDACTED]D] fell to floor barrel landed on [REDAC[REDACTED]D] 's left hand causing a laceration of the left middle finger and closed factures of the left middle finger left ring finger and left little finger.
