getting ready to set glass

Caught inbetween-5 employees trying to install a large lite of glass. 2 controlling the balance 1 standing on the interior floor. The employee who had the weight of the glass lifted to fast and out of level and came within 2mm of slamming the exterior piece of glass into the precast. Employee shoved the top of the glass out while shouting at the other 3 employees to stop lifting. Injured employee had to struggle to bring the glass back to a vertical position to get the balance back. As injured employee was straining he felt a pop and sudden flair of pain in his groin. he was hoping it was a muscle strain however the [REDACTED] he was in so much pain he could barely walk down the stairs. Employee went to urgent care and was diagnosed with right-sided inguinal hernia injury.
