What happened
As the EE was returning to work from his lunch break another EE asked him for something. The EE stepped off of his crown that was parked in spot 118 and slipped on a grease or oil substance that was on the ground. The EE fell as a result of the slip and hit his back and right shoulder blade on crown 119 that was parked beside the EE.
