What happened
The [REDACTED] he was driving scooter #11 to crown parking area and crown #116 was parked in the main driving aisle ([REDACTED]) near the dispatch board. Instead of swerving into the lane with oncoming traffic he hit the brakes in attempt to avoid contact with the crown in front of him. The front of the scooter made contact with the back of crown #116 that had containers loaded on it.
