What happened
On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] in [REDACTED] building mechanic was found unresponsive on the floor of the men’s restroom at the [REDACTED] PDC. 911 was immediately called. CPR was performed on the employee until first responders arrived on site. He was taken to Baptist Hospital here in [REDACTED]. He had just recently returned to work from a heart attack right before peak season. We phoned his emergency contact and updated them on the latest information. Employee had previous heart attack prior to [REDACTED] but was cleared to come back to work. Employee 's daughter stated [REDACTED] that he was on ventilator was on heart machine and had stints put in. Employee filing a claim on [REDACTED] indicating forehead laceration heart attack right leg injury.
