What happened
On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] [REDACTED] was delivering a package to an address in the rain. While walking up the driveway she was trying to keep the package barcode dry. While walking up the driveway she hit something with her foot and fell flat on the ground with my hands and legs extending outward. After getting up she noticed about 3 feet of the driveway was raised up about a foot that is what she tripped on. Returned to the office reported the incident and went for medical treatment
