Rural carrier was taking a package to the door at [REDACTED] he opens the screen door and scanned the and set the package on the table. After scanning the 2nd package he set it down and suddenly door come open and he felt his right arm being bit by a dog. The dog also bit me on my right buttocks. The owner said he had just walked the dog and was about to leave for work.
