What happened
Carrier delivered a package to a customer on the 4th floor of [REDACTED] He was walking down the stairs where his leg hit the back of his other leg causing him to fall down the remaining steps. The carrier slammed his head and hand on stairs. A customer heard the fall went to help the carrier and called me from the carrier 's phone. I brought the carrier to the emergency room.
