On [REDACTED] as A MDO was informing employee of his termination he claimed that another employee hit him with a gaylord cardboard container as they were moving it. An investigation was conducted where said employee denied being anywhere near the employee claiming to be injured. There were no witnesses to said event. Work procedures and direction of travel of pallet jacks does not support the claim.
