At approximately [REDACTED] she stepped onto the escalator while riding on the escalator it suddenly stopped throwing the employee down injuring her right hand scrapping and bruising her left knee an Ambulance for call to assist the employee. Postal Police Officer escorted FDNY ambulance 1307 with FDNY EMT to the scene. The EMT’s evaluated her and then transported her to Kings County Hospital at [REDACTED]. She was put out of work by the Medical Staff at Kings County Hospital until [REDACTED].
