What happened
Employee was working on the [REDACTED] machine (side 2) sweeping the mail. Employee claims that while working on the [REDACTED] they moved a gaylord that had bundles of magazines away from the machine. While doing so they hurt their back. They will be going to the ER to be seen by a physician. They notified supervisor around that time but wanted to finish the remainder of my shift.
