What happened
As the mail handlers were unloading and assembling a 53 ft truck of APC and GPC 's on [REDACTED] a GPC slammed down on top of mail handler 's head. This incident left a knot on top of her head and she was dazed for a few minutes. The non-emergency line was called and the employee elected to go to the emergency room also.
