What happened
Carrier walked into Postmasters office with no signs of physical injury. She stated that she may have hurt her knee from a parcel and that it may be a reinjury. She stated that it happened in the office but was able to continue work and later load the parcel that caused the injury into her postal vehicle. When asked how she conveyed and load the parcel from the office to the truck she refused to answer when asked to submit a statement she refused to cooperate and called her NRLCA representative. It 's after this phone call that carrier can no longer walk and asks for an ambulance for this claim of injury. She did not cooperate with the USPS investigation and we have no opportunity to accurately identify what parcel and what actions may have lead to this supposed injury.
