Securing trailer

After securing his loaded trailer. Employee strained pulled his abdomen muscles while on the dock ramp. Stated the occurrence was due to strap on the dock ramp. He did not fall but one leg slid forward and he was able maintained his balance as his leg stretch forward in which his abdomen essentially was strained.
