Based my investigation [REDACTED] was traveling north on [REDACTED] approaching [REDACTED] [REDACTED] was traveling east on [REDACTED] approaching [REDACTED] [REDACTED] ran the red light at [REDACTED] as [REDACTED] was going through the intersection causing the front of [REDACTED] to strike the front of [REDACTED]. This collision caused [REDACTED] to take additional evasive action sending [REDACTED] through the City Rescue Mission’s fence damaging their property.
