What happened
At approximately [REDACTED] I was removing my parcels from our large blue hampers and transferring them to the Dolly. I lifted a large heavy parcel and transferred it to the dolly and at that time I felt a sharp pain in my left knee. I continued to work but was feeling pain when I put pressure on my left knee. I finished my route but was limping throughout the day.
