What happened
Mail handler claims the Over the road container half door opened during transport and struck her right calf. [REDACTED] I SDO walked out onto the dock with a pallet for dispatch. While I was on the dock Mail Handler said they were told to take an OTR off the trailer they had loaded it onto because Crestview no longer went on that truck. I yes that 's right. She said she couldn 't because the door on the OTR was broken. She said the door had fallen twice while they were moving it to the dock. I walked onto the trailer with mail handler and she pointed out the OTR she was talking about. I agreed that the latch on the left side for the half door wasn 't secure. We walked back off the trailer. Thats when she said she couldn 't move it because it wasn 't safe. Network Specialist and I walked onto the trailer and took the OTR off the trailer. As we exited the trailer and down the ramp the door did not open. Once we were 6 feet onto the dock [REDACTED] came up to hold the door. We parked the
