What happened
On [REDACTED] Forklift driver was driving on the dock past the expeditors and as expeditor walked past the forklift driver ran over her foot. Was on forklift dispatching mail to the dock. Entered the dock from the far left entrance. Employee and a couple of other employees were talking in front of [REDACTED]. As they were passing employee she started walking backward and left front tire rolled on top of her foot. Forks were already past her when she stepped backwards.
