What happened
Employee strained back when unloading machine sorted letter mail out of the General Purpose Container in the 3265307 and 08 section. She pulled something in her left lower back that is radiating down into her knee to the heel of her foot seemed like every time she bent down to pick a tray up and applied pressure to my left leg in got worse. As she is sitting while writing she put most of the pressure on her right side and she can still feel it radiating down into her knee from her left hip.
