What happened

While re-searching for 2 packages to the GPC and continued to review each item processed at the RFS for the tracking numbers in question. During this process employee was handling several times in her hand while holding a smaller package in her left hand while awkwardly holding the heavy box with her right hand. The employee just dropped the box because she experienced a little pain below her right thumb in the inside her palm. After leaving the GPC the employee went over to the turn back area in front of the C S Supv’s desk. While looking in the flat tubs the employee told the Supervisor about her hand but she said she couldn’t hear the employee. The employee finished what she was working on and went over to the supervisor to informed her about her hand. She advised the employee she needed to give her a 0-13 and she would print up CA-16 form for her if she wanted to go seek medical attention. the employee told supervisor if she was still experiencing some pain employee wou
