What happened
On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] [REDACTED] CCA fell out of 2-ton [REDACTED] truck that was parked on [REDACTED] at the corona-A finance station because she missed a step her view was obstructed. CCA claims that she did not realize that the sidewalk was lower than the normal sidewalk. She fell on the sidewalk twisting her left foot. The CCA had a bucket in her hand as she was exiting the truck.
