On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] [REDACTED] contacted management that while delivering mail at [REDACTED] that he was bitten by a dog when the customer opened the front door. There were no dog warning signs on the property. Supervisor called [REDACTED] and the Carrier was taken to the hospital by ambulance for medical attention due to the bite which did penetrate the skin.
