Driving a skid of drums into the trailer to unload from pallet

Employee was loading 55 Gal drums 3 high into trailer. On the top stack he placed a drum where it was on its side. The drum rolled off the stack falling and hitting his left index finger. Employee placed the drum so that it was not secure and could roll. Employee was not wear the required impact resistant gloves.
