Employee had just removed nut bolt etc.in order to release blow tube

On [REDACTED] Employee was completing a mold change to the 35 gall OH drums on [REDACTED]. The blow tube was sticking so the employee used his hands to force remove the blow tube. The blow tube came loose and the force caused him to hit his mouth with the blow tube. Employee declined medical treatment. His tooth was sligthly chippedbut he did not have any injury.
