What happened
On [REDACTED] Employee was working on the APBS machine on [REDACTED] and was scanning. Employee attempted to remove a package and was unaware of the weight. There were no markings of it being overweight oversize. While attempting to remove it it fell on employee 's hand and another package moving down the belt caught it as well it was also heavy. It ripped off employee 's metal watch band and wrist swelled up instantly.
