What happened
ON THE DAY [REDACTED] WAS DELIVERING A PACKAGE TO THE FRONT DOOR OF [REDACTED] AT [REDACTED]. CARRIER LEFT THE PACKAGE AT THE FRONT DOOR AND THE CONTENTS OF THE PACKAGE HAD CAME OUT. HE PROCEEDED TO PUT BACK IN THE CONTENTS. CARRIER WALKED HALFWAY THROUGHT THE YARD AND THE CUSTOMER OPENED THE DOOR AND HE HAD LET THE CUSTOMER KNOW WHAT HAD HAPPENED WITH HIS PACKAGE. EMPLOYEE STATES AT THAT MOMENT A LITTLE BROWN DOG CAME RUNNING OUT AND BIT HIS LEFT LEG ON HIS CALF. THE CUSTOMER AT THIS POINT WAS YELLING HIS DOGS NAME. THE DOG LET GO AFTER 3 BITES. EMPLOYEE LEFT TO THE LLV TO SIT AND CALLED THE CLOSING SUPERVISOR. THE CUSTOMER THEN GAVE EMPLOYEE ALCOHOL WIPES TO CLEAN THE WOUND.
