What happened
[REDACTED] was pushing racks onto a floor scale and as the rack of the product was being set for a weight check the distal portion of the rack was not placed onto the flat surface of the floor scale causing the rack to roll down the ramp. [REDACTED] tried to stop the rack from rolling down by grabbing partially onto the rack causing her right index finger to overextend. [REDACTED] was provided first aid and refused medical attention.
