What happened
Clerk was working on APBS machine [REDACTED] and box that had split open with white powder coming out of box. Then clerk realized the powder was on her hand. The powder covered the belt and floor of [REDACTED]. The clerk got up and reported the incident to acting SDO. Clerk went to lunch came back and requested medical attention due to feeling disoriented. Inspectors were notified and white powder was found to be harmless.
