Pushing cart through vestibule doors to go load vehicle
What happened
On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] carrier was pushing her hamper out of the second carrier door to load her vehicle. Behind her another carrier2 was pushing her wire full of parcels and DPS through the first door when the trays of DPS began to fall out of the overloaded container. Carrier2 instantly reacted by pushing her container forward and the edge of the wire caught the back heel of carrier1 causing a deep gash. Employee was admitted to hospital overnight pending surgery.
