Crossing the driving lane looking the opposite way (left) and never looked right

Carrier was crossing parking lot and only looked to his left. As carrier continued to move forward the privately owned vehicle rolled forward carrier walked in front of rolling vehicle and vehicle upon braking knocked carrier over. At the time local law enforcement and emergency services responded but carrier refused treatment and stated he was fine and just wanted to finish his route. After completing the entire route and returning to the office around [REDACTED] Carrier finally informed the supervisor about the accident that he was involved in on his route [REDACTED].
