[REDACTED] stated she was sorting through her mail while she was stopped at [REDACTED] inside her vehicle sorting through her mail when she felt something sting her in her left eye. After [REDACTED] [REDACTED] started feeling her left eye watery and with a burning sensation. [REDACTED] stated when she looked at her eyes in the mirror her left eye was swollen so she drove to the PO and requested medical assistance. [REDACTED] went to seek medical at Memorial Herman Hospital located at [REDACTED].
