On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] carrier claims she was adjusting a overloaded hard tray of flats and the tray slipped out of her hand and caused a pop inside of her wrist. she finished the work day without reporting it to any one in management. Then on [REDACTED] she said the pain worsened and she lost range of motion and ability to hold any weight. The next day she called off because of the pain and went to urgent care to get it checked out.
