What happened

On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] carrier informed management she was involved in an accident. Carrier stated she parked the [REDACTED] van in front of customer resident located at [REDACTED] and went to the back of [REDACTED] to retrieve customer package for delivery. While carrier was in the back of [REDACTED] retrieving customer package for delivery a customer driving a black Toyota [REDACTED] truck backed into [REDACTED]. Carrier stated [REDACTED] van rocked back and forth and carrier was thrown out of [REDACTED] onto the ground. Carrier approached the customer but the customer refuse to talk and fled the scene. Carrier took a picture of customer vehicle and license plate number. Police was notified and Harris County Sheriff Department arrived at the scene. Carrier gave customer license plate number and showed them the photos that were taken of customer vehicle. The police were able to get customer insurance information from customer license plate.
