moving package froom LLV

Last [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] I was trying to move a package out of the back of my LLV so I could take it off the back of my truck. As I tried to maneuver the package through the other packages I twisted my left knee. I immediately felt pain. It did not pop or anything I just felt pain. I finished my route and went back to the station. There was temporary supervisor there and I did not report the incident. I thought it wasn 't that bad and it would feel better in a few days. I rested [REDACTED] and [REDACTED]. I kept my knee elevated for the weekend. [REDACTED] my knee isn 't any better. I texted my supervisor [REDACTED] and explained what happened.
