What happened
On [REDACTED] I tried to put the vehicle for [REDACTED]in park and my arm popped. I then had to open the door and that made the pain worst. The gear shift in the vehicle is hard to shift and I don 't know if the pain is because the door and the gear shift together caused the problem. I work in pain daily since I have returned to delivering mail. I did call my supervisor and let him know that I hurt my arm again. He asked if I was going to file a report I said I hurt every day. He said to wait and see how I felt the next day and get with my immediate supervisor and let her know because he would ride a route the next day.
