What happened
On date of incident carrier had a letter requiring a signature. Carrier dismounted at mailbox and walked to door. When customer answered the door their dog burst out from behind them jumping on carriers back. Carrier not sure if the dog was biting at her but it could have been. Carrier called supervisor and said no skin was broken and carrier stated she wanted to finish the route and did not require medical care. Carrier notated on Offer Of Medical Care that she did not want to see a physician
