SLIP TRIP FALL - On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] FTR City Carrier was delivering 5 heavy packages of books to Bnai Shalom Day School located at [REDACTED] and was using a hand truck to deliver them in two trips. On the second trip [REDACTED] was walking down the ramp when her ankle rolled resulting in [REDACTED] falling with the hand truck and scraping her knee and bruising her ankle. Medical was sought by employee.
