What happened
While jump starting a tractor the driver started the tractor not knowing the clutch was stuck in causing the unit to jump forward knocking [REDACTED] to the ground. Mr. [REDACTED] was attempting to remove the hot shot pack when the tractor jumped forward. The cab of the vehicle struck Mr. [REDACTED] and he fell to the ground.
