Before the incident
performing my warehouse duties required me to lift a dumpster off on the dock to discard garbage and to load boxes for delivery.
What happened
I began to feel pain in my lower back after performing the duties described above ie: lifting the garbage dumpster on off the dock and loading unloading boxes during delivery. The pain increased in severity on my way home and overnight.
