What happened
A crate that is real thin and tall and long weighing 540lbs was being unloaded. They get these often and always just the two people unload this one on the ground and one on the forklift. normally have two people moving it one holding and it and one on the forklift. AE was standing on the side holding the freight and the forklift moved the merchandise to get it onto the forks and the merchandise started to lean but the wrong direction. Forklift driver started to yell to alert the AE and that is when AE ran.
