Per Haitian Creole interpreter #39573477 EE states he was in the production area with his supervisor who was filling up a receptacle with water pineapple and a chemical additive (unknown preservative) when it accidentally splashed into both eyes. EE denies wearing contacts glasses.EE calling nurse hotline now due to ongoing symptoms.Supervisor aware.
