What happened

Employee was in the yard of Maintenance shop where his job at the time was to hook up a tilt trailer to a truck. He stated that the tilt trailer is light enough where he can grab it from one of the safety chains and pull it to the hitch of the truck. At this time the trailer was about 4’ from the hitch of the truck. He grabbed the chain to pull the trailer with his right hand upon doing this the tongue of the trailer moved to his direction as there was a rock that prevented the other tire from moving. With the left hand that was free he grabbed the tongue of the trailer and re-directed its direction to the hitch. Upon doing this the other tire that was stuck because of the rock broke lose causing the trailer to start moving forward on its own towards the truck.
