Trying to dislodge an electrical wire with his hands behind the cabinet.
What happened
Employee was disassembling some cabinets at Mobility Works. The cabinets had lights inside and electrical cords for the lights that were located behind the cabinets. [REDACTED] tried to dislodge the electrical wire behind the cabinets. There was a screw that was in the back of the cabinets that [REDACTED] could not see. The screw was the cause to the cut on his hand.
