PATIENT WAS TRANSFERRED TO THE ROOM FROM PACU ASSISTING WITH PATIENT TRANSFER FROM STRETCHER TO BED. I WAS ON PATIENT BED SIDE PULLING THE PATIENT. I FELT DISCOMFORT AND PAIN TO MY LOWER BACK AFTER THE INCIDENT.
