Employee was cleaning OR room and removing linen from the bed when she was stuck by a needle used during patient procedure. Employee was wearing gloves and she stated her glove ripped and she noted blood coming from her knuckle on her middle finger on her right hand. She immediately washed her hand with soap and water.
