What happened
The flooring in the doorway behind the grinders has been eroding away for several [REDACTED]s. This has caused an increasing drop off from the floor level. During the past few [REDACTED]s I have been unable to avoid this drop off and have absorbed numerous impacts from my feet through my spine. This was causing some discomfort until last [REDACTED] when it increased towards the [REDACTED] the [REDACTED]. When I came in to work on [REDACTED] I experienced a sharp increase in the pain I was feeling in my lower back and reported it on [REDACTED]. On [REDACTED] it increased even farther. It is almost debilitating at this point.
