Before the incident
Associate was attempting to guide an ICU bed into the procedure room IR room #1. Performing normal preparation and patient care prior to the event.
What happened
While guiding the ICU bed into the procedure room and ICU nurse inadvertently turned on the auto drive causing the bed to knock me into a metal door frame this resulted in the right side of my body hitting the metal door frame and wedging me between the bed and the door frame while the auto drive was still on.

The injury involved bruising and potential muscle strain on my right side of my body specifically the impact with the metal door frame caused bruising and strain to the muscles on the right side of my torso crushing injury to the right side of the body multiple parts affected.

The object that directly harmed the employee or the ICU bed and the metal door frame contact with the auto drive on the ICU bed caused the bed to knock me into the metal door frame resulting in the injury.
