Coworker was cleaning the can crusher. During this process a shop vacuum was utilized to remove liquid from the catch pan of the machine. After the shop vacuum was filled with fluid it was then dumped into the lower drain of the can crusher. This process was repeated throughout the shift resulting in pain in the coworkers back.
