The employee stepped over a hose

Employee was walking through the resin unload area and stepped over the dike spill wall and then over a hose. While stepping over the hose he tripped and fell to the ground. The employee reported the incident and was seen by the on site nurse for evaluation. He received first aid care and then returned to work. He later was seen by an outside provider and given treatment.

The employee was diagnosed with trochanteric bursitis of the right hip.
