What happened
On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] a Lift Truck Operator was behind motor pool to retrieve a grab after it had been serviced. The EE stepped out of a tug another EE was driving onto the ground and proceeded toward where the grab was parked. As she walked she tripped on broken asphalt and fell to her left contacting the ground with her left knee and the back of her left hand resulting in scratches to her left knee and left hand. The EE reported the incident received first aid and returned to work. Four days [REDACTED] she [REDACTED] then reported discomfort in her right hand - which was found to have had a displaced fracture on her little finger.
